For optimal clarity, FireLite Plus comes in two surface grades, consisting of two pieces of FireLite Premium Grade glass ceramic or FireLite Standard Grade glass ceramic (not available in Obscure). Because FireLite samples are made from transparent glass-ceramic, they differ in color from float glass. FireLite appears to have a warmer earth tone when compared to the blue green tint of typical float glass. However, like float glass, FireLite ceramic will not demonstrate a highly perceptible color once installed in a frame. Additionally, FireLite products are manufactured in three distinct surface grades (Premium, Standard and Obscure) that are best reviewed prior to specification. Please contact TGP at 800.426.0279 or sales@fireglass.com to request a sample kit.

FireLite Plus must be handled with care during transportation, storage, inspection and installation. Store in a dry place.
To maintain aesthetics, it is important to clean the glass during and after construction. For routine cleaning, use a soft, clean, grit-free cloth and a mild soap, detergent, or nonabrasive window cleaning solution.
Rinse immediately with clean water and remove any excess water from the glass surface with a squeegee. Do not allow any metal or hard parts of the cleaning equipment to contact the glass surface.
Failure to comply with these care and cleaning guidelines may result in loss of warranty.
